DELIVERY


What happens after my order is confirmed?


You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will contain links allowing you to track the status of your order. You will also receive an email when your order is shipped.


What should I do if I am not available on the day of delivery?


Our packages are delivered by the US Postal Service and do not usually require a signature.


When will I receive my order?


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email. You can also check the status of your order and delivery in your account.


How can I track my order?


Your package can be tracked. The tracking information will be included in the email sent to you when your order is shipped, or in your account.


What is your return and refund policy?


If you change your mind, you can return your order.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, the consumer being any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly not related to their independent commercial or professional activity.


Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty. This period is extended to 30 days by Fazup.


The 30-day withdrawal period starts from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement by email (mailing@fazup.io).


To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.




Consequences of withdrawal


If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.


You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract, to:

Tracked shipping is required—no registered mail.


*This number is in FAZ-IOXXXXX format in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you cannot find it, please contact our customer service department.


The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.


You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, regardless of their value.


You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.

REFUND PROCEDURE




We will send you an email confirming receipt of the items you have returned to us and indicating that the refund has been approved. Refunds are made using the original payment method and may take up to 28 days to appear on your bank statement.


GENERAL NOTES




1) Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging elements. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.


2) Please do not return goods to us with postage due.


3) Please note that points 1-2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
